Quad Bush Chalet
The Luxury Quad Bush Chalets are designed to sleep up to four guests offering the ultimate African grandeur. Each Luxury Quad Bush Chalet features a loft, allowing two guests upstairs and two guests downstairs, with an en-suite bathroom on each floor, one with a bath and one with a shower. Each chalet is nestled away from the main lodge amongst Knob Thorn, Lead wood, Famous Marula, and Apple Leaf trees, to name a few. The exterior of each chalets is an alluring façade of local architecture complimenting its surroundings and placing emphasis on untouched nature. The private deck allows guests to while-away as here one can experience nocturnal and early morning calls and visits of the wild.

Booking Terms
PAYMENTS
· A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking within 3 days (Guest) or 14 days (Travel Agent)
· Full Payment is required 14 days prior to arrival
Should a deposit not be received, Grand Kruger Lodge reserves the right to release the booking.
MINIMUM STAY
During high season a minimum stay of 3 nights is required and during peak season a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

· Check In: 14:00 (Please advise the lodge if you will be arriving after 22:00)
· Check Out: 10:00
· Early check in or late check outs are subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY – INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
· 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of invoice
· 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of invoice
· 7 days prior to arrival - 80% of invoice
CANCELLATION POLICY – GROUP BOOKINGS
· 12 months prior to arrival - 20% of invoice
· 9 months prior to arrival - 50% of invoice
· 6 months prior to arrival - 75% of invoice
· 3 months prior to arrival - 85% of invoice
· Within 3 months of arrival - 100% of invoice
