Double Suite
The Double Suites are designed to sleep two guests, situated on the first floor of the main lodge with an elevated view of the African bush veld. These suites provide easy access to all the facilities on offer. The room includes one bedroom, setup with a king size bed or two single beds.

Booking Terms
PAYMENTS
· A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking within 3 days (Guest) or 14 days (Travel Agent)
· Full Payment is required 14 days prior to arrival
Should a deposit not be received, Grand Kruger Lodge reserves the right to release the booking.
MINIMUM STAY
During high season a minimum stay of 3 nights is required and during peak season a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
CHECK IN\OUT TIMES
· Check In: 14:00 (Please advise the lodge if you will be arriving after 22:00)
· Check Out: 10:00
· Early check in or late check outs are subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY – INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
· 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of invoice
· 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of invoice
· 7 days prior to arrival - 80% of invoice
CANCELLATION POLICY – GROUP BOOKINGS
· 12 months prior to arrival - 20% of invoice
· 9 months prior to arrival - 50% of invoice
· 6 months prior to arrival - 75% of invoice
· 3 months prior to arrival - 85% of invoice
· Within 3 months of arrival - 100% of invoice
